Commercial real estate first. Sean's career started on the commercial side, so leases, cap rates, zoning and due diligence are home ground.
Specialty and cannabis facilities. Sean has also worked as an independent video attestation and licensing-readiness consultant for leading Canadian cannabis licensing firms, on commercial cannabis facility licensing projects with Health Canada. He still specializes in selling cannabis facilities in BC through 420 Commercial Realtor.
