Who is responsible

This site is operated by Sean Phillips, REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker Executives Realty, Vernon, BC. Sean is responsible for personal information collected through it, in line with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). What we collect

Only what you type into a form: typically your name, email, and optionally your phone number, plus the details you choose to share, such as property type, price range, space requirements, timeline, a property address and your message. The site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party scripts. Calculators run in your browser and do not send your numbers anywhere.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the real estate services you asked for, such as listing alerts, a property search, an opinion of value or the due diligence checklist.
• To send listing alerts or updates you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.

By submitting a form you consent to this use. We don't sell, rent or trade your information.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to Sean by email. Formspree may store submissions on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where they may be subject to the laws of that country. Sean's email is provided by Google. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to serve pages and protect against abuse.

Sharing with the brokerage

If you become a client, your information may be shared with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty and with other parties to a transaction (such as lawyers, lenders and the other brokerage) as needed to complete it and to meet regulatory and record-keeping requirements under BC real estate law.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it, or as required by law, and then delete it. Reasonable safeguards protect it, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent and ask us to delete it, subject to legal requirements. Email chaletsean@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
